Endless Knot Mala
Malas — also known as yoga prayer beads or japamalas — are necklaces that usually have 108 beads. Mala, Sanskrit for “garland,” is often used to enhance spiritual practice.
You may see people use malas while practicing yoga, as a meditation object, to pray a mantra or sacred word. This mala is designed to be able to slide the beads so you can meditate counting beads.
The endless knot or eternal knot symbolizes “Samsara” the endless cycle of suffering of birth, death and rebirth within Tibetan Buddhism.
